MaFF is a non-profit organization dedicated to the welfare of the domestic ferret, specifically in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. MaFF was created soon after March 7th, 1996, the day on which owning a ferret in Massachusetts became legal. MaFF’s mission is Shelter, Education, and Outreach. We exist to educate the public about ferrets and to take action to provide for the best care of the domestic ferret.
